We are looking for candidates who are willing to emigrate to Terneuzen (the Netherlands) and work through our agency for one of our clients. Our region is located in the South West of the Netherlands, close to Ghent and Antwerp (Belgium). Customer Information Group (CIG) - English, Italian and another language. This role will provide technical and product information in a contact center environment on behalf of and to The Dow Chemical Company and their current and potential customers. The CIG Agents responds to phone and electronic requests from customers and prospects for product and service information across all Dow businesses and functions. Request types include technical information, samples, literature (MSDS, TDS, SS, Product Brochures) pricing, product availability, and other general Dow information. The focus for the CIG Agent Tier I will be mainly the daily activities involving the processing of phone and written requests for technical product information, samples, literature and general corporate and subsidiary information utilizing Dow published literature. This individual will document customer requests, follow identified business rules in providing solutions to customer inquiries or escalate to a higher level of technical expertise is required. Job Responsibilities: • Responds to and accurately resolves customer inquiries. • Accurate and timely documentation of customer inquiries. • Accountability for Action- Demonstrates urgency acts promptly and quickly, removes road blocks while assessing multiple opportunities. • Contribute to the team goals, examples are: accuracy, quality standards, time around time, resolution rate, etc. Job Requirements: • Fluency in English and Italian, written and spoken. • In addition to English and Italian, fluency in one of these languages: German, French, Dutch or Spanish. • Excellent customer mindset: ability to understand customer needs and requirements. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to use a variety of computer applications efficiently and effectively in order to search and find the information required by the customer including internet and intranet websites. • Ability to work in dynamic and changing environment. • Fast learning capabilities. • Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels. • Ability to prioritize work load for him/herself. • Strong problem solving and decision making skills. • Ability to work with a diverse group of people • Familiarity of interest in chemistry is preferred. • Education level: at least bachelor level Relocating to the Terneuzen area Terneuzen is located in the south west of the Netherlands, close to the Belgian border. Our employees live and work in this area, or live in Belgium (Ghent or Antwerp). Terneuzen is a medium sized town (24.500 residents) located at the Scheldt river. Our agency can assist with relocation by providing you with addresses and info on what you have to do when moving to NL (as well as info on how the tax system works, your contract with us, etc).
